Create Your Own Custom Logo Chocolate Box

Let us create a custom chocolate logo box for a unique gift your customers will admire and adore. This special service is 100% custom - which means we work with you to create every aspect of the gift including the chocolate logos, box color, ribbon style, and we can also include any printed material or branded stickers you provide us. The photo you see here is an example of a beautiful high-quality custom chocolate gift we created for MarinoPR.

The process for creating your custom chocolate gift box begins when you provide us with an image of your logo and packing considerations. We will then pull all the materials together and you will have the opportunity to see and approve each piece along the way. We will work with you until you are 100% happy with the materials and colors.

Please plan well in advance to meet your timing requirements. Projects take a minimum of 8 weeks, and the lead time can increase to 12 or 15 weeks depending on specific requirements. There is a minimum of 100 boxes for custom orders. All our chocolate is handmade in Brooklyn and Kosher certified OU-D.

Using original recipes and old-world cooking methods from the 1920's, Li-Lac Chocolates are still made by hand in small batches for exceptional quality and superior taste.

How do you keep the chocolates from melting during shipping?

A Cold Pack will provide up to 48 hours of temperature control during transit. If the temperature is above 75 degrees at your recipient's destination, please add a Cold Pack to your order. For destinations outside the New York tri-state area, please select an Express shipping option as well. This is necessary as Cold Packs only provide 48 hours of cold power. When the temperature is unusually hot, (i.e. above 90 degrees), we may have to hold your order until the weather cools down.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with your purchase of Li-Lac Chocolates. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the shipping address provided, and if you are not completely satisfied with the quality or freshness of any item, please contact us within (5) days of receiving your order and we will replace it free of charge. If you are looking to have chocolate delivered the same-day in New York City, you can order from one of our delivery partners for fast, reliable service. To place an order for same-day delivery, please order directly through one of these partner sites. Someone must be available to receive the delivery when it arrives, otherwise your package will be returned, and a re-delivery fee will apply.
